Got My Dress

Hi girls,
I am not sure if you are still reading this or not but I got my dress...its a little snug...WAH!! Now I am hitting the gym hard and cutting out all of the naughties...
I still need to find a good seamstress just in case I do need some alterations done and have to find some shoes. I teased my mom that I might wear turquoise blue shoes...I don't think that she thought it was that funny.
By now you have got our save the date and I am going to be working with someone on the invitations. My parents picked up our favor boxes in Hawaii and now I just need to figure out how to put the macadamia nuts into the boxes and make them look pretty.
I talked to the flower guy and need to get a better idea of what color dresses you two will be wearing as well as how many people/tables there will be.
So let me know what color you two have decided on...will it be turquoise, orange or brown....

Bridesmaid Dresses

Hi my girlies!! So I found some cute dresses at Davids Bridal as well as online. Like I said before bottom line I want the two of you to feel comfortable. Here are some of the pics let me know if you see anything you like locally, I am down for whatever :) Now if I could only find a dress for me!!

Save the Dates

So hopefully in the next week I will be sending out the save the dates. We wanted to do this fun photo shoot but didn't have the time to pull it all together. Right now I am thinking about just doing photos from shutterfly. They come with an envelope and I was just going to put clear address labels on them, maybe stamp and emboss them...or I might make some custom envelopes. I wanted to print an insert that has our website (well once I make it) that has our information. I am not sure if I should do one of those magnets too for the frig.......

Oh Yeah....My parents are buying a house in Hawaii on the Big Island... So I need all the help I can get since I bet they will probably be busy with moving....

Okay I keep thinking that there are so many things to do and that I need to get motivated. Thank goodness L that you are coming to visit in October, even if it is for a day..Now I need to plan a trip to SLO town..so let me know what is going to work for you girls.. Because being my two best friends I want to see both of you!!

I have been recently drooling over wedding dresses that I cant afford, but hey a girls got to dream right?? Since the both of you wore strapless to your wedding I wanted to get your take on the whole strapless thing..okay, falling down...I guess most of all I am worried about tan lines since I know that we will all be having fun in the sun for at least a couple of days before the wedding..

Here are the two that I love so far...they are Monique Lhuillier...(which like I said is toooo expensive) but I might be able to find something that looks similar?? Let me know what you think..

I also was thinking about your dresses...trying to figure it out..and then I thought, well why not let the girls pick..what style, color?? I was going to use ocean blue, orchid green, tropical orange, and possibly brown?? So let me know what color you want to wear..because I want you two to be happy snappy :) I am also going to try and find someone to do our hair/makeup..etc...just so that we don't have to do it ourself.. So here are some pics for ya!

I thought that this might be a way to keep in touch with each other fairly easy?? Any other ideas?

So I guess I have got to get on this wedding planning thing and figure that at leastwe have the date :) I emailed the place again trying to get specifics..but who knows. I guess I should work on going to the gym and getting myself a super cute dress.

We are going to try and shoot our photos for the save the dates soon, but then again you already know what the date is going to be, heheh.. If you find any pics, etc. that you think are neat just email them to me or email me the link and I can upload the picture to the shutterfly ideas..

And again you must be forwarned I have no idea what I am doing :) Love ya!!
